The cover is an artistic depiction of the results presented by Tetsu et al., wherein a role for c-Kit in tumor initiation but not maintenance in adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary gland is presented. The conclusion that selective c-Kit inhibition may not be a promising strategy for therapeutic development for the disease.
